What is included in SmartCARE?
At Turner Roofing, we offer two different SmartCARE plans: Protected and Premium. Our Protected Plan offers basic asset management to help you understand your roofing situation. This plan includes:
- Standard inspection and detailed inspection report. During our ten-point inspection, our non-commissioned roofing experts will survey your roof for damage and repairs that need to be made. A full inspection report will detail any findings and estimate repair costs.
- Organic debris cleanup. Over time, debris from nearby trees will build up on your roof, especially with Oklahoma’s high winds and storm seasons. The extra weight from this debris is a hazard for your roof. Our roofing experts will clear any debris from your commercial roof and save you the worries of doing it yourself.
Our Premium Plan includes these services in addition to:
- Annual or semi-annual preventative maintenance. Like inspections, regular maintenance is an important part of preserving the integrity of a commercial roof. We will perform regular maintenance, such as shingle replacement, to prevent further damage.
- Roof cleanup. On top of organic debris, the flat shape of commercial roofs makes them more susceptible to drainage issues due to accumulating debris and gutter issues. Joints, water canals and gutters are cleared regularly to ensure they continue to properly drain.
