How long have you been in business?

We founded Turner Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc. in 1966. Our senior management has been in place for more than 30 years. Our average employee has been with us for more than 17 years, and we currently have 85 employees.

Is Turner Roofing a member of the Better Business Bureau?

Turner Roofing has been a member of the Better Business Bureau since 1975, and we are proud to say we have always maintained our A+ rating. Turner Roofing has also been a spotlight recipient of their highest awards.

Are your estimates free?

Yes, our estimates are free. We will provide you with an inspection and a detailed proposal to help you make the right decisions. We will also advise you on the best ways to handle your roofing needs and meet your insurance requirements.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

No, if our estimators have access to the front and backyard, we don’t need you to be home. If there is a particular issue that needs to be addressed, they will contact you prior to the site visit.

Does Turner Roofing do estimates on weekends?

Typically, we do not do estimates on weekends. However, under certain circumstances, we will make ourselves available on the weekends for our clients.

Is your sales team commission based?

We are not a commission-based company. Our company philosophy is to work together as a team to provide our customers with the best possible service and installation.

Does Turner Roofing cover insurance deductibles?

No, we do not cover insurance deductibles. That’s not legal in this state. However, we will help you work your way through the insurance process. We will advise and assist you to ensure that you receive what you are owed from your insurance company.

Can Turner Roofing help me with my insurance questions?

Absolutely! A large percentage of our business comes from clients that must file claims with their insurance providers. We are used to working with them and have some tips that should help you through the process.

What are my payment options?

Checks are our preferred method of payment. We do not provide in-house financing, however, we do work with several companies that offer financing options.
