COVID-19 adjustments at Turner Roofing

At Turner Roofing, we take the safety of our employees and our clients extremely seriously. And, we’ve modified our practices to adjust to the changing worldwide pandemic and the ramifications from COVID-19.

To respond to the pandemic, Turner Roofing offers its complete line of services in a contactless form – meaning we can interact with you using technology or other social distancing practices to remove any concern of virus spread during your roofing experience.

We look forward to the day that we and interact again with you in person. Until then, we’re proud to keep your safety – and our employees’ safety — our top priority.

Here are the measures we have in place to keep you safe:

Contactless experience:

 We can deliver a complete roofing experience with no direct contact or in-person interaction at all, if desired. From the initial bid and signing contracts to roof installation/repair and cleanup, we can conduct business through phone calls and emails to ensure a safe experience for all involved.

Text upon arrival: 

To maximize our social distancing, we simply text our clients to alert them we are on site to start work. We’ll do the same as we wrap up for the day. Of course, we’re happy to talk, update or meet face-to-face at a distance while we are working, but this option allows us to get to work while also ensuring everyone’s safety.

Pictures in the initial quote: 

Instead of talking through what we see on an inspection, we now include photos inside the quote that will show our potential clients what we reference in the quote.
